I have the honor and the great pleasure that on the occasion of the Canada Day to send to all our Canadian friends, people and government warmest and heartfelt wishes for more happiness, prosperity and prosperity of Canada!

On this occasion, on behalf of the Albanian Institute of National Affairs and in my personal name, I would like to underline with great pleasure the excellent relations between our two countries, based on the strong friendship and the assistance of Canada to the Albanian people, expresses the conviction of intensifying and enriching the cooperation in all areas of mutual interest for our two peoples.

The Albanian Institute of National Affairs appreciates the great role that Canada has played in the most difficult moments of the country, as well as its continued contribution and technical assistance to the armed forces, economic development and reforms to strengthen and consolidate the rule of law, as well as its support in the Euro-Atlantic processes.

We are proud that in this great jubilee of Canada’s achievements, not only on her 151st birthday but also on the 31st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Albania and Canada, we proudly remember the contribution of the Albanian Institute of National Affairs has provided for more than a decade to strengthen these relationships, and to create bridges of friendship through the consolidation of the Albanian community in Canada.

Kam nderin dhe kënaqësinë e madhe që me rastin e Festës Kombëtare të Kanadasë t’ju dërgoj, të gjithë miqve tanë kanadezë, popullit dhe qeverisë së saj urimet më të ngrohta dhe më të përzemërta, për më shumë lumturi, prosporitet dhe begati të Kanadasë!

Dëshiroj, me këtë rast, që në emër të Institutit të Çështjeve Kombëtare dhe në emrin tim personal të nënvizoj me kënaqësi marrëdhëniet e shkëlqyera ndërmjet dy vendeve tona, mbështetur në miqësinë e fortë dhe në ndihmën e pakursyer të Kanadasë ndaj popullit shqiptar, si edhe të shpreh bindjen në intensifikimin e pasurimin në vazhdimësi të bashkëpunimit në të gjitha fushat e interesit reciprok për dy popujt tanë.

Instituti i Çështjeve Kombëtare çmon lart rolin e madh që Kanadaja ka luajtur në momentet më të vështira të vendit, si edhe kontributin e vazhdueshëm dhe asistencën teknike në mbështetje të forcave të armatosura, zhvillimin e ekonomisë dhe të reformave për forcimin dhe konsolidimin e shtetit ligjor, si edhe mbështetjen e saj në proceset Euro-Atlantike.

Ne jemi krenarë që në këtë jubile të madh arritjesh të Kanadasë, jo vetëm në ditëlindjen e saj të 151, por edhe të 31-vjetorit të vendosjes së mardhënieve diplomatike mes Shqipërisë dhe Kanadasë, të kujtojmë me krenari edhe kontributin e Institutit të Çështjeve Kombëtare që ka dhënë për mëse një dekadë për forcimin e këtyre marrëdhënieve, si dhe për krijimin e urave të miqësisë përmes konsolidimit të komunitetit shqiptar në Kanada.
